Renowned jazz musicians Peter Erskine on drums, Alan Pasqua on piano, and Darek Oles on bass contribute their expertise to this app, tailor-made for musicians looking to hone their jazz skills.
The essence of jazz lies in the ability to master playing blues and standards in various keys and tempos. Drawing from a wealth of professional and educational experiences totaling a century among these three musicians, the tracks delve into a diverse range of indispensable jazz modes and styles.
The app includes a built-in mixer allowing users to configure their desired combo: full rhythm section (trio), music excluding piano, bass, or drums, as well as separate tracks for drums, bass, or piano. Moreover, it offers options for click tracks and count-offs.
